Restaurant Floor Manager

The Royal Oak (Old Town, Swindon) is looking for a talented Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team from January 2026.

If you’re passionate about hospitality, love leading a team, and want to help shape our next stage of growth — including extended opening hours and the relaunch of The Choptank — we want to hear from you.

💼 Full Time (40 hrs)
💷 £30,000 salary + profit-share + quarterly bonuses
📍 Old Town, Swindon
